Return Eligibility

Return Time Frame
Products are eligible for return if the request is made within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Product Condition
To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and unwashed

• It must be in its original packaging

• The product should be in the same condition as it was received
  Opened, used, or damaged items will not be accepted for return.

Return Processing Time

Once the returned product is received and verified, the return will be processed within 7–8 business days.

Additional Notes

• Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that fail quality inspection.
